∙ Level and brake low pressure

One by one, the low pressures are confusing even meteorologists. This reduces the accuracy of the predictions. Rainfall is currently activated by 2 low pressure areas with two seas.

One of these is the low pressure area that will form on the 17th along the coast of Goa in the Arabian Sea. The second is the low pressure area which is currently intensifying in the Andaman Sea in the Bay of Bengal. The clouds will be attracted to each other at these two low pressures. Observers say that the cloud cover passed over Kerala and completely submerged Central Kerala.

As the low pressure area along the Goa coast intensifies, the strength of the monsoon will shift to North Kerala as well. However, showers are expected in some parts of South-Central Kerala. More at night and in the morning. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast light rains in Central Kerala by Tuesday.

At the same time, the low pressure in the Andaman Sea will absorb the steam from the Thai sea and become extreme low pressure. The impact will be felt in Kerala as well. However, it will not lead to floods, said Dr. Kochi University Radar Center. MG Manoj said.
