She realizes what she did-a realization born of overwhelming guilt and anger-she said she was overwhelmed and at that point she was angry and didn’t know how to manage her emotions.” The mother expressed anxiety about her daughter potentially returning to foster care, emphasizing that “she is not a basic violent girl.”
