A new era is dawning for the beloved Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha franchise, as the official website has unveiled details for Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance, a highly anticipated anime celebrating the series’ 20th anniversary. Set to premiere in July, the new installment promises a compelling narrative, fresh faces, and the return of iconic protagonists.

The upcoming series will feature Nana Mizuki’s song “Never Surrender” in its promotional video, setting a tone of resilience and determination. The story unfolds three decades after an initial invasion by an unknown alien species nearly brought the world to ruin. While humanity has achieved a fragile peace, the constant threat of global collapse looms large, with many living in fear.

New Characters Enter the fray

Introducing a new generation of magical girls, led by a mysterious entity described as “Majin” or “Demon” in the shadows, brought to life by Asaki Yuikawa.
