Jeep has designed the Meridian SUV to seat 7 people. It is set slightly larger than the previous Jeep Compass car. With more than 70 names nominated, Jeep has announced that it will be named Meridian, a testament to India’s diversity of cultures and beautiful states. It is also said to have made a name for itself as “Made in India” and a strong fit for the market, as it is made entirely in India.
Externally, the car bears a striking resemblance to the car on which it is based. The company claims that the front design and many amenities on the back of the interior will give the Cherokee a luxurious ride. It seems that the height of the ceiling has been increased to increase the headroom and the seats are set up with a total of 3 floors that can accommodate up to 7 people generously.

In addition to the engine found in the Compass car, there is a 2 liter 4 cylinder diesel engine. It is designed to give more power to the car. Also located is the 9 speed Dark Converter gearbox. The headlights and front bumper on this car also seem to be newly developed. The car is said to have a 10.1-inch infotainment system, panoramic sunroof, 4-zone climate control and ventilated seats at the front.

Also gets the international model 10-speaker 450W Harmon Garden sound system, Alexa in-vehicle functions and some advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). As the car is made in India, it is expected to be priced between Rs 30 lakh and Rs 40 lakh.
