But how can you bring autumn into your home? It’s simple: the right decoration not only beautifies your own four walls, it puts you and your children in the autumn mood.

Directions:
Collect chestnuts of different sizes. Remove the coarse dirt at home. Take toothpicks. Pierce the chestnuts in a desired place and use them to form different figures such as men or animals. You can also use nail scissors if the chestnuts are still too hard for the toothpick. If necessary, draw a face on the figures with a pen or glue googly eyes on them.
Tip: You can also use the caps of acorns as a hat.

Collect different leaves, such as maple, alder or oak. Remove the dirt from the leaves and dry them for about an hour using kitchen rolls clamped between two books. Take felt-tip pens or ink paint. Paint the dried leaves like this desired with.

Directions:
Collect different leaves. Remove dirt from the leaves and dry them. Depending on your preference, you can paint the leaves beforehand. Take a piece of cord and tie the leaves to it one after the other. Now you can hang the garland on the wall fasten (for example with two nails).
