The Delhi Police arrested a man who urinated on an elderly woman on an Air India flight in Bengaluru on Friday night.

Within 11 days of that incident, a drunk man urinated on a woman on another Air India flight between Delhi and Paris on December 6.

After these two incidents came to light, social media became the talk of the town.

Police arrested a man who urinated on a woman on a Delhi-Paris Air India flight. However, a man who urinated on an old woman on an Air India flight from New York to Delhi was banned from flying for 30 days.

Following this, the Delhi Commission for Women yesterday sent a notice to the Delhi Police, Directorate of Civil Aviation and Air India seeking an explanation for not arresting the man who urinated on an old woman on the plane.

Meanwhile, lookout notices were issued at all airports to prevent Shankar Mishra from escaping abroad and intensive search was being carried out.

In this case, Shankar Mishra, who was arrested in Bengaluru last night, has been brought to Delhi by the police and will be produced in court after interrogation.
