MANHASSET, NY, Febuary 17, 2024 – A brazen armed robbery unfolded Saturday morning outside an Apple store in Manhasset, leaving two deliverymen shaken and authorities investigating the theft of “multiple boxes of merchandise.”

Nassau County police are investigating a gunpoint robbery that occured at the Apple store on Northern Boulevard.

According to a police news release, the incident occurred around 8:05 a.m. at the store located at 1900 Northern Blvd. Two 65-year-old men were making a delivery of Apple products when they were approached by several individuals wearing all-black clothing. The individuals brandished what appeared to be handguns, and demanded the merchandise. The suspects then stole “multiple boxes of merchandise” from the delivery truck and fled the scene.
Police have not yet released details about the specific items stolen, but confirmed the inquiry is ongoing. Authorities have not provided a description of the suspects, nor have they indicated the direction in which they escaped.
