- Providing day-to-day support for production issues, maintenance, new plant commissioning, and inspection preparations.

- Creating, managing, and training personnel on manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and procedural instructions.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Skills and Experience
Sanofi seeks candidates with a completed diploma or master’s degree in a natural science – such as biochemistry, biotechnology, or biology – or a state examination in pharmacy, with a promotion being desirable. Several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medicine production is essential, with experience in the manufacturing, filling, and checking of sterile dosage forms being a significant advantage.
