Most of the users experiencing the problem are iPhone 13 and some iPhone 14. Users experiencing the problem have contacted Apple Support to resolve the issue. Some have even had to change the device to a new one.
As of the reporting date of this information There are still users encountering problems, and Apple itself has not responded to the cause of this problem in any way. This is expected to be a bug of the iOS 16 that does not work properly.
