Purdue Fort Wayne Women’s Golf Announces Spring 2026 Tournament Schedule
Purdue Fort Wayne women’s golf enthusiasts can look forward to a competitive spring season in 2026, with the team slated to participate in five tournaments culminating in the Horizon League Championship. Head coach Jim Earle unveiled the schedule, designed to challenge the Mastodons and prepare them for postseason play.
The team will kick off its spring campaign at the Battle at the Beach, hosted by Stonehill, in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, from February 21-22. The event will take place at the scenic Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club.
Following a brief respite, Purdue Fort Wayne will head south for its spring break competition, the NKU Spring Fling, held at Vero Beach Golf Club in Vero Beach, Florida, from March 13-15. The Mastodons will continue their road swing two weeks later, traveling to Batavia, Ohio, to compete in The Julie, hosted by Northern Kentucky, on March 24-25. Notably, Purdue Fort Wayne previously secured a victory at The Julie in 2024, demonstrating their potential for success in this event.
April will see the team return to Indiana for the Boilermaker Spring Classic, hosted by Purdue at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex in West Lafayette, on April 12-13. This tournament will serve as a final tune-up before the Horizon League Championship. The championship itself will be held from April 25-27 at the Mission Inn Resort in Howey-in-the-Hills, Florida, where the Mastodons will vie for the league title.
The schedule represents a strategic blend of competition, travel, and preparation as Purdue Fort Wayne aims to build upon its recent successes and contend for a championship in 2026.
