Having been with the production team of entertainment programs on VTV3 for a long time, in 2006, she moved to work at the VTV6 Youth Department and held the position of deputy director. 11 years later, Diem Quynh was appointed Head of VTV6 Youth Department to replace journalist Ta Bich Loan.
From October 1, 2021, she was transferred and appointed to the position of Director of the Drama Production Center (VFC) still under Vietnam Television.

Besides her career, Diem Quynh also received public attention when she had an interesting marriage with a husband who is 4 years older than her. Few people know that she once studied and graduated with a Master’s degree in Chinese Language and Chinese Language in Beijing.
While away from home, she met and fell in love with her partner who is an architect. When she returned home, Diem Quynh was invited to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. However, she decided to try her hand at journalism.
The fate came from her husband’s introduction and encouragement. When he saw that his wife had good qualities, Diem Quynh’s husband created all the conditions, even taking her to meet her future boss to discuss.

Not hiding it from her husband, sometimes in some shows, Diem Quynh still comfortably pairs up with her husband to attend. At the age of over 50, she is the mother of two obedient and lovely daughters.

Diem Quynh’s eldest daughter Ho Diem Quynh Phuong (her family name is Nhim) was born in 1999 and studied at the Diplomatic Academy. Diem Quynh once shared that her daughter helped her have a closer look at young people. Meanwhile, the little girl is coy, graceful and soon shows her artistic talent.
