jpnn.com – JAKARTA – General Chairperson of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle Megawati Soekarnoputri gave directions to PDIP cadres, Friday (26/4). Bu Mega asked PDIP cadres to strengthen their discipline, honesty and willingness to work to provide solutions to people’s problems.
In a consolidation meeting at the PDIP DPP Party School Building in Lenteng Agung, Jakarta, Friday, the daughter of Indonesian Independence Proclaimer Bung Karno gave encouragement and motivation to the cadres who were sitting as regional heads so that they would not be weak in spirit.
In the midst of various pressures and intimidation, the morale of the cadres must not decrease. On the contrary, hard work must be increasingly carried out.
Therefore, in this context, all PDIP cadres, especially regional heads, have a number of quality requirements that must be strengthened. “The first is discipline,” said Megawati in her statement in Jakarta, Friday (26/4).
Discipline covers various dimensions, such as organizational discipline to matters of acting in a legal context. This is because the potential of the legal sector can be exploited and will become a hole that is vulnerable to intimidation.
The second qualification is a matter of honesty which has very broad dimensions. Megawati believes that honesty is very necessary in an organizational context.
He said that if the party instructed a certain work program, the cadres lied by claiming to have carried it out, but in fact it was done half-heartedly.
“So, secondly, don’t lie. For me, if we are committed to die hard, we have to die hard for real. If you lie, it’s better not to. Instead of becoming an official (official), but later lying, it’s better that one area is empty ( from cadres who sit as regional heads),” he said.
Megawati Soekarnoputri asked PDIP cadres to increase their discipline, be honest and be diligent in coming to the people.
