Campo Grande City Hall, through CRAP (Coordination of the Psychosocial Care Network of the Municipal Health Department), is holding this Thursday (28), the 2nd Health Mutirão in the Chácara das Mansões Neighborhood, Rural Zone of Campo Grande. Services take place from 8am to 12pm at Zoe Church, located at Rua Capão Redondo, 1,600.
The coordinator of the Sesau Psychosocial Care Network, Gislayne Budib, highlights that the objective of the joint effort is to provide access to the population in the Rural Zone and in locations with difficult access to mental health care, reinforcing the actions of the Yellow September campaign, the month of suicide prevention and valuing life.
The service is provided by a multidisciplinary team, made up of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses and administrative staff. The first joint effort took place last Friday, the 22nd, in the District of Anhanduí. In total, there were almost 1,000 services provided throughout the day. The expectation is that on Friday, the 29th, the third and final action scheduled for the month will take place, in the Três Corações settlement.
The coordinator highlights that, although discussions about Mental Health and suicide prevention are intensified during the month of September, the Municipal Health Network is structured to provide specialized assistance to the population throughout the year.
Within the Mental Health policy, care takes place in various services, from basic and family health units, to specialized care in CAPS (Psychosocial Care Centers), urgent and emergency services such as UPAs (Emergency Care Units). ) and CRSs (Regional Health Centers), as well as in hospital services.
