Thorough Role: A Multifaceted Leadership Position
The Technical Referent will be responsible for a broad spectrum of duties, encompassing administrative, managerial, and operational aspects of the nursery. According to a company release, the role demands a proactive individual capable of overseeing all facets of childcare provision. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishment Management: Running the facility, organizing care and hygiene practices, and fostering strong relationships with families and external partners.
- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, monitoring expenses and revenue, handling commissary and inventory, and forecasting investments.
- Enrollment & Attendance: Managing the registration process for new children, tracking attendance, and organizing emergency reception procedures.
- Team Leadership: Organizing team workflows, defining roles, distributing workload, managing schedules, overseeing absences, and developing a continuing training plan.
- Safety & Wellbeing: Monitoring building safety, implementing health and safety protocols, and addressing potential developmental or social disorders.
- Family Engagement: Building rapport with families, establishing contracts, providing support, and organizing parent-team meetings.
- External Relations: Liaising with institutional partners such as the CAF (Family Allowance Fund), PMI (Maternity and Child Protection), and the Municipality, as well as other educational organizations.
