WPI to Host Microsoft 365 Storage Q&A Webinar for Faculty and Staff

Microsoft 365 storage management is a critical concern for organizations of all sizes, and Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is proactively addressing this with an upcoming webinar designed to empower its community. The session will provide a dedicated forum for WPI personnel to receive personalized guidance on optimizing their use of Microsoft 365 storage.

Addressing Storage Needs at WPI

Next Thursday, January 22, from 1:00pm to 2:00pm Eastern Time, the WPI Information Technology Services (ITS) department will host a live question-and-answer session focused on Microsoft 365 storage management. This webinar is part of a broader project aimed at helping WPI users effectively utilize the tools available within the Microsoft 365 suite.

According to an official announcement, the session is designed to be highly interactive. “This session will be time to ask any questions you have about how to best utilize your Microsoft 365 storage,” a representative stated. The unique format of the Q&A is intentional; the session will not be recorded to encourage participants to pose questions specific to their individual roles and responsibilities at WPI. This ensures a focused and relevant discussion for all attendees.

Accessing the Webinar and Additional Resources

Interested individuals are required to register via a Microsoft Form to receive the Zoom link for the webinar.

WPI is also providing access to previously recorded sessions on Microsoft 365 storage, offering a valuable resource for those who may have missed earlier training opportunities. These prior sessions cover key aspects of storage management within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Furthermore, a collection of Microsoft 365 storage resources is available to help users get started with managing their Outlook and OneDrive storage.

This initiative underscores WPI’s commitment to providing its faculty and staff with the support they need to navigate the evolving landscape of digital storage and collaboration tools.
