Beta testers in the initial Windows Insiders track will help Microsoft conduct another experiment related to its artificial intelligence tools Copilot. The company, as part of the early review version 26052 of Windows 11and as mentioned in the Canary route, now checking Copilot’s automatic response to the action of a performing user.

The operation selected for trial is copy. As soon as the user performs a copying operation, mainly of texts, an icon of Copilot will appear in the notification area of Windows 11 and display a short animation to grab the user’s attention.

Right-clicking on this icon will display a context-based menu that will offer several choices related to the action being performed. In the case of copying text, the options that will be displayed are to send the copied text to Chabot, get an explanation of what was copied or get a summary.

Beyond that, the tool will support the automatic display of options as well as dragging an image to the Copilot icon in the task bar to open a text box where you can type what you want to do. The animation, by the way, will show different figurines probably depending on the material that will be marked.
