The fourth global update, Moment 3, has been released for the Windows 11 operating system. This was reported on the Windows blog, Day.Az reports with reference to Lenta.ru.
Version 22H2 Moment 4 includes approximately 150 new features. The main innovation of the OS was the introduction of support for artificial intelligence (AI) and the Microsoft Copilot program. Company representatives noted that AI is designed to simplify the performance of various tasks and access to information. With Copilot, the user can change settings, analyze documents and web pages, schedule meetings, and compose emails.
The built-in Paint editor has received advanced functions for working with images – the option to remove the background and layers. After the update, the Snipping Tool can be used to copy text from photos and pictures.
Microsoft engineers also updated the password manager. In version 22H2, users can generate access keys – unique codes that can be used to log into sites without passwords. With the Windows Backup application, users can quickly restore their data from a backup and transfer it to a new computer.
In addition, the updated version of the OS now includes support for archives, an autosave function in Notepad, tools for working with images in Explorer, and an updated Outlook email client.
