Doumbé vs Baki, it’s coming soon. After defeating Jordan Zébo in a few seconds at PFL Paris, Cédric Doumbè found a new opponent at the next PFL in the person of Baysangur Chamsoudinov, known as “Baki”. A fight announced this Sunday evening on social networks after a small clash between the two MMA fighters.

It all started with a response from Baki in an interview given this Sunday. “If Cedric is as good as he says he is, he might as well do it later this fight. The problem is that I don’t think he’s going to make it to the top of the top. I find it overrated. On the feet, he is very strong, Glory champion, he has scored real knockouts, he hits really hard. But I find that in MMA, there is room,” explained “Baki” on the YouTube channel “What does it say? “.

“I would have warned you”

To which Doumbè was quick to react. “My name has nothing to do with his in the same sentence. (…) It’s my little one, you still don’t understand, then when I’m going to put it out in the first round like your Jordan. Either we fight, I correct it and we’re done with it, or it’s a matter of shutting up and stopping creating buzz with my name,” replied the Frenchman on X.

Enough to raise the temperature quickly, especially since “Baki”, 22 years old, is trained by a certain Fernand Lopez at the MMA Factory, in open conflict with Doumbè. He also denounced, after his quick success against Zebo, the domestic violence for which Fernand Lopez had been convicted.

The 31-year-old fighter therefore ended up announcing the good news: “Let’s go… Doumbè vs Baki”, before of course further clashing with his future opponent by slipping in an emoji representing a drop of blood. “I would have warned you,” he concluded.
