Russia claims it has evidence that NATO countries are supplying toxic chemicals to Ukraine, which has used them against the leaders of annexed territories. This is according to the Russian state news agency TASSSZ Kirill Liszogorsky Russian Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade spoke on Monday in The Hague, at the 28th session of the conference of member states of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).

We have irrefutable evidence that the United States and its Euro-Atlantic allies are involved in transporting toxic chemicals and their delivery vehicles to Ukraine

said the leader of the Russian delegation, Liszogorsky.

“Such toxic chemicals are being transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces and foreign mercenaries fighting on the side of the Kyiv regime. There is also information that agents of the special services of the Kyiv regime have used toxic chemicals and psychotropic substances against the leadership of the new entities that have become part of the Russian Federation,” he added. Lysogorsky accused the United States of working with its allies to oust Russia from the OPCW Executive Council.

According to the Russian military report on Monday, Russian forces repulsed six attacks on three fronts, and almost 630 Ukrainian soldiers were killed or wounded along the line of contact. The Ukrainian side attempted the most attacks, three, near Kupyansk, and suffered the greatest loss of life, about 280 people, in the battles around Liman, they said.

In the summary, a control point, four armored combat vehicles, two Sz-200 anti-aircraft missiles converted for deployment against ground targets and 21 drones were mentioned among the destroyed Ukrainian military targets and military equipment.

On Monday, the local authorities reported Ukrainian artillery and drone attacks from several settlements in the territories of Ukraine that came under Russian control and in the Russian regions bordering Ukraine. In Pologi, Zaporizhzhya County, two civilians lost their lives and four were wounded.

Vitaly Gantsev, the head of the Moscow-appointed military-civilian administration of Kharkiv county, speaking to the RIA Novosti news agency, claimed that an assassination attempt had been committed against his deputy, Alexander Slizarenko. He said the person was not in danger.

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) announced that it detained a woman in Samara on charges of treason, who tried to persuade Russian soldiers to go over to the side of the Ukrainians on the Internet. According to the FSB, the accused was an accomplice of the Ukrainian security services and used information from portals discrediting the Russian army in his agitation.
