Russia claims it has evidence that NATO countries are supplying toxic chemicals to Ukraine, which has used them against the leaders of annexed territories. There is also information that agents of the special services of the Kyiv regime have used toxic chemicals and psychotropic substances against the leadership of the new entities that have become part of the Russian Federation,” he added. Lysogorsky accused the United States of working with its allies to oust Russia from the OPCW Executive Council.
