This is a measure that has almost gone under the radar… In February 2022, the 3DS law was published in the official journal. For the government, it was a founding text intended to improve the decentralization of the State and “put oil in the wheels”. Among the 271 articles in this text, one of them, l’article 53, provided for the possibility for local authorities to install radars under certain conditions.
