Oothukottai: Govt Primary School is located in Nandimangalam Village, Bundi Union. Started 20 years ago, more than 50 students from first class to fifth class are studying in this school.
Currently, the building of this school is dilapidated and in a state of collapse.
Hence, the school is functioning in the disused service center building.
While there is a question whether the building will be used permanently, if the government primary school has its own building, the educational future of the students will be stable.
Therefore, the public has demanded that the Tiruvallur District Collector should take immediate action and construct its own building for the government primary school in Nandimangalam village.
