Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has commented on the March 11 release of The Kashmir Files movie. Speaking at the BJP Parliamentary Committee meeting here today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke in detail about the film.

In his speech, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, “It is unfortunate that the film industry, like books, poetry and literature, has not played as important a role in publishing the history of our country in the right perspective in society at the right time. If at that time we had dared to make a film about the life of Mahatma Gandhi and put it in front of the world, this situation could have been avoided. ”

Modi said that when the first foreigner photographed Mahatma Gandhi and won awards, the world knew how great Mahatma Gandhi was.

“Many are talking about freedom of expression but Prime Minister Modi jokingly said that he could not take a picture of the emergency, adding that this was not possible due to continued attempts to cover up the truth. How can the country forget all this when we have so many lessons to learn? ”
