Real Estate Brokers in Israel Elect New Leadership in Four Central Districts

In an extensive election campaign spanning two months, the National Chamber of Real Estate Brokers has been conducting elections in four central districts of the Chamber to elect new management and chairmen. The districts of Gush Dan, Petah Tikva and Rosh Ha’Ein, Hasharon, and Shefala have already held their elections, with upcoming elections scheduled for the Jerusalem district, the city of Modi’in, and the commercial real estate division.

These elections are held every two years and are overseen by the Elections Committee, led by Deputy Chairman of the Chamber of Realtors Assaf Epstein, along with the Chamber’s legal advisor Adv. Ilan Sharkon.

In the Hasharon district, which includes the cities of Kfar Saba, Herzliya, Ramat Hasharon, Ra’anana, and Hod Hasharon, among others, Lilac Biton was elected as the chairman. Along with her, Eli Yafarah, Gil Itzkovich, Ron Horowitz, and Ayala Aharon were elected to the board. Biton expressed confidence in her team, stating that they are highly qualified individuals with years of experience, professional knowledge, and a strong motivation to serve all brokers in Israel and uphold the profession’s image.

In the Petah Tikva and Rosh Ha’Ein district, encompassing the cities of Petah Tikva, Rosh Ha’Ein, and Samaria, Eran Nissim was elected chairman. Merav Shimoni, Avi Shatrit, Ron Landsman, and Shai Cohen Tzedek were also elected to the district management. Nissim, who has served as chairman for the past five years, emphasized his dedication to fostering ethical practices, order, and collaboration among mediators for their benefit and the good of the public in their region.

The Shefala district, covering cities such as Bat Yam, Holon, Rishon Lezion, and Rehovot, held its election conference with the participation of 250 mediators. Victor Shmuel was elected as chairman, accompanied by Assaf Kopel, Ofra Koons, Ofek Ben Eliyahu, Yoram Zandani, and Viniv Bayda on the board. Shmuel outlined the district’s challenge of transforming the mediator’s image from a mere intermediary to a professional who comprehensively understands the real estate industry and prioritizes the interests of clients.

The Gush Dan district, including Tel Aviv RG, Givatayim, Bnei Brak, and Bekaat Ono, conducted its elections with the participation of 350 realtors. Amit Goldman was elected chairman, and the board members include Gal Kabakov, Ron Ackerman, Adam Gorel, and Veronit Rimer. Goldman expressed satisfaction with the chosen team and emphasized the importance of unity among brokers. He highlighted the Chamber’s role in providing tools and opportunities for professional growth through seminars and lectures by industry experts.

As the National Chamber of Real Estate Brokers concludes elections in various districts, these newly elected leaders will aim to uphold the profession’s reputation, support brokers across Israel, and achieve the Chamber’s objectives.
