IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro have started achieving good growth after the corona period. Due to this, in these 2 years, the employees were given benefits such as salary hike, job promotion etc. But now as the economy has started to slow down in the international market, the demand for IT companies across India has started to decline.
Similarly, India’s largest IT companies like TCS, Infosys and Wipro rely on US and European markets for 80-90 percent of their total revenue. Apart from that Indian IT companies are facing slow and excessive change. Apart from that, the officials have said that they have to deal with large scale trade and revenue impacts.
Amidst such problems, it is reported that the profits of the Indian IT companies will be more than the problems caused by the slowdown of the US economy. Also, Indian IT companies have registered a growth of 19% in FY 2022 alone. Similarly, it has been announced that the next 2 years will have moderate growth without huge growth.
