Coimbatore: While power outage was announced today due to maintenance work at Peedampalli substation, the executive engineer has announced that the power outage scheduled for today will be cancelled. In a press release issued by Arulselvi, Ondiputudur Executive Engineer, ‘There will be no power outage tomorrow (today) in the areas of Kallapalayam, Peedampally, Chinna Kalangal, Papampatti, Nagamanayakanpalayam (a part), Selvarajapuram (a part), Kannampalayam, Nadupalayam, Pallapalayam under Peedampally sub-station; Instead, electricity will be blocked for another day’, he said.
