It has come as a surprise that the brother of one of India’s leading industrialists, Ratan Tata, is living in a simple two-bedroom house without even a mobile phone.
It is known that Ratan Tata is one of the leading industrialists in India and his wealth is worth several crores. Meanwhile, his younger brother Jimmy Tata is said to be living a very simple life and does not even have a mobile phone in his hand.
Ratan Tata recently shared a picture of himself with Jimmy Tata on his Instagram and said, ‘We never had any kind of fight as children.’ It is noteworthy that this black and white photo clicked in the year 1945 is going viral on a huge scale.
At this stage Ratan Tata is famous not only in India but all over the world, it is a big surprise that very few people know about Jimmy Tata. Although he is a shareholder in a few companies including Tata Sons, he is not interested in business and is said to be an excellent squash player.
He reportedly lives in a two-bedroom house in the suburbs of Mumbai and the 83-year-old does not even own a mobile phone.
It is noteworthy that it was only in the year 2020 when a photograph of Jimmy Tata was published and one of his close friends published a photograph of Ratan Tata’s younger brother Jimmy Tata and only then did the world know that he was living a simple life.
Although Jimmy Tata is not interested in business, he is said to be a shareholder in Tata Sons, TCS, Tata Motors, Tata Steel, Tata Chemicals, Indian Hotels and Tata Power.
