Earlier today, he released a video showing the man beating his wife, pulling her by the hair and slamming her into the door. The video was shot by the couple’s 13-year-old daughter.
The abuser is already in custody, but the victim Tanya said that it was a domestic scandal and without her knowledge, her mother published the clip on social networks to protect her daughter.
She says she has not been abused so far. The prosecutor’s office reported itself after the clip appeared on the Internet.
“I have not filed a report of domestic violence, nor will I. There are problems in every family, I will file for divorce and take care of my children alone,” Tanya added to BG ON AIR.
“In 2019, his wife filed an application, in which, at her insistence, there was a refusal to initiate pre-trial proceedings,” explained the spokesperson of the District Prosecutor’s Office – Kyustendil Krum Krumov.
According to Nayden’s mother, he never assaulted his wife.
Tanya’s 39-year-old husband, Naiden, was detained two days after the beating on the territory of Sofia, after which he was taken to the detention center in Bobov dol. He was tried for hooliganism years ago. For now, Nayden has been detained for 72 hours.
