Now it’s official: The WhatsApp feature you’ve all been waiting for, the ability to respond to messages via emojis, became part of the app today (Thursday) – WhatsApp owner and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg updated in a post on his Facebook account.
As you may recall, a few weeks ago the blog WabetaInfo revealed that WhatsApp users are expected to soon enjoy the new-old feature, which allows users to respond to the written message in a conversation they are having – using emoji.
The new feature is now available for some of the app users, and various screenshots indicate that there are six possible emojis to respond to: Like, Love, Laugh, Surprise, Sadness and Thanks.
