In the grades, he also stood out in all the aspects evaluated, receiving a grade of 7 in legislative production, 5 in supervision, 4.7 in mobilization and 8 in party alignment. With this, he raised his score to the top 10 nationally and was ranked ninth best rated deputy among the 513.

Methodology – All 17 indicators were taken from the Open Data portal of the Chamber of Deputies, with the exception of the Parliamentary Amendments indicator which was taken from the Federal Government’s Transparency Portal.

The parliamentarians’ final score is obtained by averaging all indicators. In this way, stars are given based on the range in which the parliamentarian’s score is. After calculating the final score, the maximum score value is obtained and then divided by 5 to create the star bands.

The stars are awarded to parliamentarians who scored above average. “For the most part, the deputies with the best evaluation performed their work comprehensively and carried out all legislative activities well, while those with the lowest scores limited themselves to reacting to ongoing agendas without presenting highly relevant projects”, explained Luciana Elmais, director -executive of Legislature Brazil.
