Marcel’s digital campaign has gained immense popularity among consumers of electronics products. In view of this, the leading domestic electronics brand Marcel has started digital campaign season-20 across the country keeping Eid in front. As before, this campaign season also has special surprises for the buyers of Marcel products. Under Season-20, customers can get cashback up to Tk 10 lakh by buying Marcel brand fridge, TV, air conditioner or AC, washing machine and fan from any showroom in the country. There are also guaranteed gifts of lakhs of rupees. Buyers will get this benefit from March 1, 2024 till further notice.

These benefits were announced in the declaration program of ‘Marseille Digital Campaign Season-20’ organized at a five-star hotel in the capital last Thursday (February 29) at noon.

It was informed in the event that Marcel is running a digital campaign across the country to provide faster and better after-sales service to customers through online automation.

So far, 19 seasons of the campaign have been successfully completed. Every season has received an unprecedented response from customers. In view of this, season-20 of the digital campaign has been started keeping Eid in front.

During the Eid festival, under Season-20, customers will get digital registration of the product when they buy Marcel fridge, TV, AC, washing machine and fan from any showroom in the country. After that, the mobile number given by the buyer will be informed about the cashback or guaranteed gift up to 10 lakh taka through a return SMS from Marcel. The concerned showroom will inform the customers about the cashback or gift received.

According to the authorities, detailed information including buyer’s name, mobile number and model number of the sold product is being stored on Marcel’s server in the registration process through the digital campaign. As a result, even if the warranty card is lost, customers can get quick service from any Marcel service center in the country. On the other hand, service center representatives also get to know customer feedback. Various benefits are being offered under the campaign to encourage the spontaneous participation of buyers in this activity.
