Addressing the holding of the second Russia-Africa Summit last July in Saint Petersburg, the Russian Ambassador hailed the brilliant participation of Burkina Faso. Minister Olivia ROUAMBA for her part, sent congratulations to the Russian Federation for the success of the said summit. She assured that Moscow remains a privileged partner of Ouagadougou.
