Since the split from Vert Computing, what is it like to be an independent company?
“First of all, the reason why we split from Amat Computing is that it has two types of computing, one serves internal IP, it grows and makes cloud and software, and the other works with product companies and sells to them abroad with a global outlook. As long as these two activities work as one piece, it is difficult for us to press the gas in any of the company’s strategic directions, and therefore the split was actually carried out. We operate in the field of cloud and software.

“Now, the company’s activities are very focused and we only do what is right for Hyper. We look globally, we look at our ability to come to an Israeli customer and offer him services all over the world, to help him with development here in Israel but to provide him with the products close to his customers abroad. It’s simply true for the company, it’s true for the customers, it’s true for the suppliers and it makes the company very focused on the value it knows how to give to customers.”

What is your uniqueness as a company? In terms of products, technology, etc.?
“Over the years that we have really existed as a computer (since 2008) that sees the entire global IP market with all its suppliers, products and components, we have developed this knowledge and experience for customers who need the technological product where an essential part of it is the computer. Every customer has the computing needs its different, there are those with simpler needs and there are those whose needs are made up of many components, and here we actually stand out.

We maintain technological leadership and the ability to sit down with the customer to plan his product and provide him with the correct and most accurate solution that suits him. Our uniqueness is in technology: we know how to advise the client on the best solution for him from all the infinite possibilities out there, and more than that, how to connect several components of technology into one solution.”

Where do you see the company in 3 years?
“Double in size and with a balance between Israeli income and foreign income. Today the ratio stands at about 70-30 in favor of Israeliness, we want that as Israel continues to grow in the share abroad it will also grow stronger. Ultimately we are looking, as mentioned, for the share of abroad to be the same as the Israeli one.”


The Hyper Global share rose from the first trading day in March by 33% to a price of NIS 15.8, representing a value of NIS 702 million. In 2021, the company earned $8.67 million on revenues of $219.56 million. The value expresses a profit multiplier of 21. In the first half the results improved dramatically.

Hyper Global grew 33% in revenue in the first half to a total of about 132.7 million dollars compared to a total of about 100.1 million dollars in the corresponding half last year. The increase is due to the addition of new customers, expansion to new products among existing customers in the overseas and Israeli activity sectors, as well as organic growth. The gross profit increased to $21 million compared to approximately $15.2 million in the corresponding median last year.

The operating profit in the half amounted to about 9.2 million dollars compared to about 6.2 million dollars in the corresponding period. The net profit amounted to about 7.5 million dollars compared to about 4.3 million dollars in the corresponding period. The EBITDA in the interim amounted to approximately 11.3 million dollars compared to approximately 7.9 million dollars in the corresponding median last year, an increase of approximately 43%.

Given the net profit, the company trades at a profit multiple of 13-14.
