Dowdle took to social media on Wednesday night to share the news of the fine and his response. “After much thought I’ve launched a GoFundMe for my fines,” Dowdle wrote on X. “Key said I got three pumps but I guess the NFL disagrees.” He further clarified that 100% of the funds raised through the GoFundMe campaign will be donated to the Children’s Home Society of North Carolina, an organization dedicated to supporting children and families.
