Although little is known about the people who attacked the dog, Ruiz reiterated that Pay he was the victim of a group of drug traffickers. For this reason, he was received at the shelter, where dogs and cats with cancer, without legs, blind, deaf, burned, tortured, paralyzed, among others, are admitted.
