Thiruvananthapuram: The Thiruvananthapuram first class magistrate court has canceled the bail of former Poonjar MLA PC George in a case of making hate speech. This paved the way for the arrest of PC George. The court accepted the prosecution’s contention that he had violated the bail conditions and the bail was canceled. George, who was earlier arrested by Fort police in connection with the case, was released on bail within hours. A CD submitted by the police as evidence that PC George had made hate speech was submitted to the court. The CD contained a speech by PC George at the Vennala Temple in Ernakulam. With this, the prosecution-court found that PC George had violated the bail conditions.
