Pennsylvania state police reported that two people were killed and five others were injured in a shooting incident in Philadelphia on Tuesday night, prompting the closure of the northbound lanes of I-95. The incident, which occurred in the north part of the city, involved at least 70 shots being fired around 8:30 p.m.
