The spirit of Christmas resisting the Grinch, a snowy landscape and decoration typical of this time made with seafood are the theme of the three winning windows of the contest promoted by the Department of Economic Promotion of A Pobra within its campaign “Get Caramiñas , Nadal shares.”
The jury decided that the awards would go, respectively, to Pizpireta Mercería, Sport Maniotas and Pescados e Mariscos Moncha, with a first prize consisting of the creation of six professional showcases during a year by a visual marketing technician; a second equipped with four and a third with two. The councilor of said area, Amparo Cerecedo, together with the visual marketing technician, Cany Juncal, presented the distinctions.
The councilor thanked the participation of the fifteen participating establishments that “gave free rein to their creativity in this contest that sought to involve two local businesses to increase the attractiveness of two public spaces in these dates”, an inventiveness that was also noted in the around 200 trees and twenty garlands that the local Administration distributed so that businesses in the commercial and hospitality sectors could “decorate to their liking.”
