At the heart of The Freestyle+ lies AI OptiScreen, Samsung’s AI-supported technology for automatic image optimization. Simply place the projector and select a projection surface – the adjustment is fully automated. This innovative system incorporates several intelligent functions:
- 3D Auto Keystone corrects distortions when projecting onto uneven or sloping surfaces.
- Real-time Focus continuously adjusts the focus, even while the projector is in motion.
- Screen Fit automatically scales the image to the projection surface when used with compatible accessories.
- Wall calibration analyzes the colour and texture of the surface, minimizing visual distortions.
The Vision AI Companion further enhances usability, combining Bixby with AI services from external partners to enable dialog-oriented, customizable control and simplify interaction with the device.

The freestyle+ maintains the cylindrical, portable design of its predecessor, allowing for easy transport between rooms or while traveling.It now delivers 430 ISO lumens, a important increase in brightness that ensures a clearer display even in brighter environments.
The 180-degree rotating design allows projection onto walls, ceilings, or even floors without additional brackets, making the Freestyle+ adaptable to a wide range of scenarios, from impromptu movie nights to mobile use outside the home.
Seamless Streaming and Immersive Sound
The Freestyle+ offers versatile entertainment options. Content can be streamed and played directly on the device via Samsung TV Plus, certified streaming services, and the samsung Gaming Hub – eliminating the need for external hardware.
An integrated 360-degree speaker provides consistent,room-filling sound. The projector can also be synchronized with compatible Samsung soundbars using Q-Symphony for an even more immersive audio experience.
