Security cameras recorded the moment in which 16-year-old Paulo Vitor Alves de Souza was kidnapped by criminals near the Brás de Pina train station, in the north zone of Rio. Armed bandits approach on motorcycles and surround the teenager, who would be flying kites with friends. The teenager’s mother received a report stating that the young man had been taken to Complexo da Penha, in the north of Rio. The case is being investigated by the 38th DP (Brás de Pina).
