The local authorities continue to deploy enormous efforts to ensure the full success of the various stages necessary for starting the reconstruction operation and to facilitate and simplify all related procedures, while allowing residents to obtain construction permits. rebuild and by providing them with technical assistance in particular, through architectural plans meeting the specificities and standards of this region.

Families heavily impacted by the earthquake will be able to rebuild their homes thanks to the financial assistance allocated for this purpose in execution of the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed VI.

Under good conditions, the first tranche of financial aid intended for the reconstruction of collapsed housing (20,000 DH) was carried out allowing the families concerned to benefit from it.

Likewise, the local authorities and the various stakeholders are continuing their efforts at a sustained pace to enable the population whose houses have completely or partially collapsed to benefit from financial aid and all assistance linked to the start of the recovery operation. reconstruction.

In this sense, local authorities as well as other stakeholders are working hard to deal with grievances, requests and requests made by the population affected by the earthquake, in accordance with the High Instructions of His Majesty King Mohammed. VI.

In a statement to MAP on this occasion, Mr. Hassan Zerrouk, technician at the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Equipment in Al Haouz, explained that the Directorate, in full coordination with local authorities, was involved in the operation to remove rubble and debris from all douars and communes in the province.

And to add that the Regional Directorate has mobilized significant human, logistical and technical resources in order to carry out the demolition operation. The aim is to create the appropriate conditions for the population concerned allowing them to begin the reconstruction operation.

In similar statements, several residents at Douar Doubouche welcomed the continued efforts made by local authorities, as well as other stakeholders, in terms of supporting the residents concerned in completing all the necessary steps to receive the financial assistance or to complete the operations and procedures related to the demolition and reconstruction operation.

At the same time, these residents expressed their deep gratitude to His Majesty King Mohammed VI for the High Concern, with which the Sovereign continues to surround the populations of the areas affected by the earthquake.

Remember that in application of the High Royal Instructions, the government grants direct financial assistance in the amount of 140,000 dirhams for completely collapsed housing and 80,000 dirhams to cover the rehabilitation work on partially collapsed homes.
