Bhopal: Although Bhopal is the capital of the state, power cuts continue here in the scorching heat. Now the officials of the electricity department have issued information about power failure in more than 20 areas including the posh areas of the city. According to electricity department officials, there will be power cut for 2 to 7 hours in more than 20 areas of the capital Bhopal on Saturday.
Officials have cited maintenance as the reason behind the power cut. These days the electricity department is doing maintenance work before the monsoon. Due to this, electricity will not be supplied in many areas. Officials have issued information alerting the people that the citizens of the areas where there will be power cut, should complete their essential work early in the morning.
Lights will remain off in VIP area also
The areas affected by power cut include the posh area Shivaji Nagar, Amaltas, Regal State, Aakriti Eco City Colony and many big residential areas.
Where and at what time will power cut off?
There will be power cut for 2 hours from 9 am to 11 am in E-1 and number 4, 10 market and surrounding areas.
MP News: There will be power cut in more than 25 areas of Bhopal city, cut may last up to 7 hours.
9 am to 2 pm
There will be power cut from 9 am to 2 pm in MLA Quarters, Machna Colony, Sarita Complex, Chhan, Maksi, Bagli, Aakriti Eco City, Regal State, Royal Homes, Amaltas, Sanchi Complex, Shivaji Nagar, Bypass and surrounding areas. .
- Lotus Campus, Ruchi Life as well as surrounding areas from 12 noon to 2 pm.
- 11 am to 2 pm and surrounding areas including IBD King Park, Rudraksh Park, Aakriti Retreat.
- 10 am to 5 pm Deepak Society and surrounding areas.
