President Selensky has accused Russia of using phosphorus bombs in the Ukraine war.
When white phosphorus bombs explode and ignite, the temperature rises to over 800 degrees Celsius, which is extremely harmful to humans. The use of such bombs in war has been declared a crime.
The human rights group has accused the Russian military of bombing and attacking the Ukrainian city of Bobasna. President Selensky has made a similar accusation.
