Sporting beat Farense 3-2 this Sunday, in Alvalade, and is now waiting for the Reds to slip up in the classic.

The lions, who had their 10th consecutive game without losing in the League, reached 2-0 through Daniel Bragança (11 minutes) and Gyökeres (29), who equaled Braga’s Banza in the lead in scoring, with 18 goals, allowed for the Algarve to equalize, through Belloumi (32) and Zé Luís (50), but they responded immediately, with Pedro Gonçalves scoring the goal that dictated the victory, at 53.
