The program’s launch event took place at the São Paulo Palace of Justice and was led by the president of the court, judge Ricardo Mair, with the participation of several entities. Individuals, individual traders and micro-entrepreneurs in the state of SP who are over-indebted will be able, through a digital platform, to request an attempt to reach an agreement with private companies, financial institutions or public service concessionaires.
