A pyrotechnics warehouse caught fire in Moscow on Luzhnetskaya embankment (bld. 2/4), TASS reports with reference to emergency services.
“A warehouse with pyrotechnic products is on fire on the Luzhnetskaya embankment, multiple explosions of firecrackers occur,” they said.
According to preliminary data, the burning area was 500 square meters, the fire spread to the neighboring building. While the fire cannot be localized, two fire-fighting helicopters were brought in to extinguish it.
The Moscow State Traffic Safety Inspectorate announced the restriction of traffic on two lanes out of three in each direction on this section of the embankment.
