Jaffna – People waited in a long queue to get kerosene at the Achuveli filling station today.
After six months, kerosene was distributed to the public and farmers in the said area today.
Wait for hours
There was a situation where more than 500 people had to wait for several hours to get the said kerosene.
People said that kerosene is provided only for 3000 rupees as kerosene is provided as per family distribution card and there is not enough kerosene for agricultural needs.
