Kollam: The footage of the 14-year-old abducted from Kollam Kottiam is out. Asianet News got footage of a Tamil Nadu gang abducting a child from a house in Kottiam. A 14-year-old boy was beaten up by the gang after a dispute over a financial transaction. The boy’s family had taken a loan of Rs 10 lakh from a relative. It was not returned. The information is coming out that the relative’s son was giving the quotation to buy the money.
Quotation was given by a student of Marthandat B Pharm. A citation of Rs 1 lakh was given to kidnap the child. The gang abducted the boy after two days of surveillance. The aim was to kidnap the child and bring him to Marthanda, Tamil Nadu. There were nine people in the group. Parashala police rescued the child. Biju, a native of Marthandam, was arrested by the police. Other accused escaped. The police have also found the car in which the accused were traveling.
