Even though Devyani and Rajakumar have been married for 21 years, actress Devyani’s younger brother Nakul has not spoken to them till date.
Rajakumaran worked as an associate director with director KS Ravikumar. When he worked as an associate director in Suriyavamsam, he fell in love with Devayani, the heroine of the film. After this, Rajakumaran, who took the reins as a director, cast Devayani in the films he directed.
After marriage, actress Devyani, who reduced her acting in films, used to act in serials. Especially the serial Golamang which he starred in became a huge hit. Even though Devyani and Rajakumar have been married for 21 years, actress Devyani’s younger brother Nakul has not spoken to them till date.
In a recent interview, Rajakumaran has revealed the reason for Nakul not talking to him. Accordingly, Rajakumaran stated that Nakul studied at the school run by actor Rajinikanth’s wife and Rajini’s daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya were Nakul’s close friends. Rajini’s daughters might have teased Nakul when Devayani married me. Rajakumaran has expressed his guess that Nakul has not spoken to him yet considering it as an insult.
