The board of directors of Robi Aziata Limited, a listed multinational company in the telecom sector of the capital market, has declared a 10 percent cash dividend to the shareholders. As a result, the shareholders will get a cash dividend of 1 taka against every 10 taka worth of shares.

After reviewing the financial report for the year ended 2023 (January-December), the board of directors of the company announced this dividend to the shareholders last Thursday.

On Sunday (February 18), this information was revealed on the website of Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchange (DSE-CSE).

According to information, Robi’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 24 to approve the declared dividend to the shareholders. The record date for this has been fixed on March 18.

The company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended at Rs 0.61. In the corresponding period of the previous financial year, the profit per share of the company was Rs.0.35. The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) stood at Tk 12.76 during the reporting period.

Incidentally, there is no limit on the increase or decrease in the share price of the company on Sunday.
