“Regional boards based on PDTA model for hypophosphatemic rickets”

“In each region we have built a board composed of reference clinicians, representatives of the Regions, Regional Coordinators for Rare Diseases, representatives of the regional and hospital Pharmaceuticals and Patient Associations who discussed the OSSFOR PDTA model applied to hypophosphatemic rickets”. This was stated by Francesco Macchia, Coordinator of OSSFOR, on the occasion of the 2021 National Congress of SIFO where, during a specific session, the integrated approach was also discussed, a method of success in the management of pathologies.
